Your first step: consultation & assessment

Every patient begins with a chiropractic consultation.

This is where we take the time to understand your symptoms, your health history and what's been stopping you from feeling your best.

Your consultation includes:

  • Full health history
  • Detailed chiropractic examination
  • Movement and postural assessment
  • Report of findings
  • Personalised treatment recommendations
  • Time to ask questions and discuss your options

Consultation Cost

(usually £75)

Current introductory offer: £25

Your consultation takes place over two appointments.

The first is your consultation and examination. The second, usually 24 hours or more later, is your report of findings appointment, where your chiropractor explains what's going on, discusses whether chiropractic care is appropriate and outlines any treatment recommendations.

Understanding the cost of treatment

We believe healthcare should be clear and transparent.

Once we've completed your assessment, we'll explain:

  1. What we recommend
  2. How often we think you'll need treatment
  3. The different payment options available
  4. The likely costs involved

Some patients only require a small number of visits. Others with longer-standing or more complex problems may benefit from a longer treatment programme.

Wellness Care Plans

Our wellness care plans are designed to make ongoing care more affordable and accessible.

Benefits include:

  • Save up to 25% on treatment costs
  • Flexible payment options
  • Reduced cost per session
  • Loyalty wellness plans for returning patients
  • From £39 per session

Most importantly, you'll have all the information you need before deciding what feels right for you. There is no obligation to continue care after your consultation.

What Happens After My Consultation?

One of the most common questions we hear is: "What happens next?"

After your consultation and assessment, your chiropractor will explain exactly what's going on, what they believe is contributing to your symptoms and whether chiropractic care is likely to help.
If treatment is appropriate, they'll recommend a personalised plan based on: your symptoms, how long you've had them, your goals, how your body is functioning, and the level of support you may need.

Every plan is different because every patient is different

For example, someone with occasional back stiffness may only need a small amount of care and some simple advice. Someone experiencing long-term neck pain and headaches may benefit from a more structured approach that includes treatment, exercises, progress reviews and ongoing support. We'll always explain our recommendations clearly and answer any questions you have before you make any decisions.

An example treatment journey

Every patient is different, but here's an example of how care might look for someone experiencing ongoing neck pain and headaches.

The Cause

Years of desk work, poor posture and repeated strain have placed ongoing stress through the neck and upper back.

The Problem

Over time, some joints in the spine have stopped moving as well as they should.

The Symptoms

Neck pain, stiffness, headaches and restricted movement begin to develop.

The Impact

Driving becomes uncomfortable. Sleep is disrupted. Concentrating at work becomes harder. Exercise becomes less enjoyable.

The Solution

A personalised treatment programme designed to restore movement, improve function and support recovery.

The Outcome

Less tension. Better movement. Improved confidence in your body. More comfort at work, during exercise and in everyday life. The ability to get back to doing the things you enjoy.

Treatment plan frequently asked questions

1Why do some people need More than one session?
More often, however, the symptoms you're experiencing today have been building up over weeks, months or even years. Pain is often the thing that brings people through our doors, but it isn't always the whole problem. Our job is to understand: What's causing the issue How it's affecting your body Why it keeps coming back What needs to change to help you recover For some people, that may mean a small amount of care and some simple advice. For others, it may mean a more structured treatment programme designed to help restore movement, improve function and support long-term results. That's why we take the time to assess you properly before making any recommendations.
2Do I have to commit to a treatment plan?
No. After your consultation, we'll explain our findings, answer your questions and outline any recommendations. Whether you choose to proceed with treatment is entirely your decision.
3Is chiropractic treatment safe?
Yes. Chiropractors are regulated healthcare professionals who are trained to assess whether chiropractic care is appropriate for you.
4How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions varies from person to person and depends on your symptoms, goals and response to care. We'll discuss our recommendations after your assessment.
5Can I pay as I go?
We'll explain all available payment options during your report of findings appointment, including pay-as-you-go and wellness care plan options where appropriate.
6Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly with us without needing a referral from your GP or another healthcare professional.
