These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the willowlife.co.uk website and to appointments, payments and clinical services provided by any of the companies listed in these terms.
1. Who we are
Willow Chiropractic is the trading name used by a number of independent clinic companies. The clinic companies are:
- Bedminster — THE SOUTH BRISTOL CHIROPRACTOR LIMITED — Company No. 16468375
- Nailsea — THE NAILSEA CHIROPRACTOR LIMITED — Company No. 16470734
- Yate — THE YATE CHIROPRACTOR LIMITED — Company No. 16469227
- Filton — THE FILTON CHIROPRACTOR LIMITED — Company No. 16470247
- Emersons Green — THE EMERSONS GREEN CHIROPRACTOR LIMITED — Company No. 16470440
- Clevedon — THE CLEVEDON CHIROPRACTOR LIMITED — Company No. 16470496
THE BRISTOL CHIROPRACTOR LIMITED — Company No. 16514239 — provides management, website, technology and shared services across the above companies and other independent chiropractic clinics not associated with the Willow brand and may also employ clinicians providing care at other clinic locations.
WILLOW CHIROPRACTIC PARTNERSHIP LIMITED — Company No. 07993127 — is an associated consulting company.
All companies are registered in England and Wales.
Registered office: First Floor, Graham’s House, St Lukes Close, Emersons Green, Bristol BS16 7AL.
2. Website use
Information on this website is provided for general information and may be updated without notice. Website content is not a substitute for an individual clinical assessment or professional healthcare advice.
Content, branding, images and other materials on this website may not be copied or reproduced without permission unless otherwise permitted by law.
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and Willow Chiropractic is not responsible for their content.

3. Appointments and cancellations
If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice, Willow Chiropractic reserves the right to charge the full value of the appointment.
Where you have account credit or a care plan, the appointment value may be deducted from your available credit.
Where an appointment has already been paid for, Willow Chiropractic reserves the right not to refund the appointment value.
4. Account credit
Any credit held on a patient account must be used within 12 months of the date it was applied to the account. Unused credit automatically expires after 12 months or within 6 months of the last appointment attended.
This includes credit from:
- prepaid appointments;
- care-plan payments; and
- other payments or balances credited to your patient account.
Nothing in these Terms affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
5. Clinical care and consent
Chiropractic examination and care will only be provided with appropriate consent.
Before care begins, your chiropractor will discuss your assessment, proposed care, likely benefits, relevant risks and treatment options with you and give you the opportunity to ask questions.
Consent is an ongoing process and you may withdraw your consent at any time.
6. Payments, complaints and refund requests
If you wish to:
- raise a complaint about your care or our service;
- raise a query or complaint about a payment; or
- request a refund of credit held on your account,

Refund requests will be considered individually in accordance with these Terms and applicable consumer law.
7. Promotional offers
Individual promotional offers may have additional terms, eligibility requirements and expiry dates.
Where additional terms apply, these will be provided with the relevant offer.
8. Privacy
We process personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or protections that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
10. Governing law
These Terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of England and Wales. We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
