We often recommend massage to complement your chiropractic plan of care. Chiropractic and massage are complimentary therapies. A chiropractor works to rebalance the alignment of the spine and restore normal nerve function, while a massage therapist helps relax tight, knotted muscles.

Types of massage
Willow's massage therapists specialise in two types of massage; deep tissue massage and sports massage. These are similar in that both involve manual stimulation and manipulation to relax your muscles, which can help alleviate pain.
Sports massage
Sports massage – as the name suggests - tends to be more focused sports-related issues such as improving performance and flexibility.
Deep tissue massage
Deep tissue massage also works to help relieve stress, boost circulation and reduce tension and toxins.
